Warranty

This limited warranty sets out the conditions under which a purchased device is protected against defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal operating conditions. Coverage is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and becomes effective from the date the product is confirmed as delivered. The warranty period lasts for one hundred days, during which time the product is expected to perform as intended without failures resulting from manufacturing defects. This protection is intended to ensure that the item meets reasonable standards of quality and reliability throughout the covered timeframe.

In the event that a hardware defect is discovered within the warranty period and a valid claim is submitted, the resolution will depend on the specific circumstances of the case. Possible solutions may include repair of the product using new or refurbished parts, replacement with a comparable unit that may also contain new or refurbished components, or a refund equal to the original purchase price. The final decision regarding the remedy remains at the discretion of the service provider and will comply with applicable legal requirements. No additional forms of compensation are provided beyond these remedies. Where permitted or required by law, shipping or handling fees may apply. Any replacement product provided will be covered for either the remaining duration of the original warranty or a minimum of thirty days, whichever period is longer.

To initiate warranty service, customers must first obtain authorization before returning any product. Requests should be submitted by contacting customer support via email at hidratespark@outlook.com. Once approval is granted, instructions for returning the item will be provided, including packaging and shipping details. Customers are expected to package the product securely, preferably using original packaging or equivalent protective materials, to prevent damage during transit. Upon return, ownership of the product may transfer to the service provider for inspection and processing. Any items returned without proper authorization or without a valid warranty claim may be rejected, returned to the sender at their expense, or retained for a limited period before disposal if unclaimed. Proof of purchase and compliance with any applicable registration requirements may be required to validate eligibility.

Customers are responsible for backing up or safeguarding any personal data or stored information before submitting a device for service. During repair or replacement, data stored on the device may be lost, altered, or erased, and no responsibility is assumed for such loss. It is strongly recommended that users create backups of important files or information prior to sending the product in for warranty evaluation or service.

This warranty applies only to products that are verified as genuine and obtained through authorized distribution channels. It does not cover counterfeit items, unauthorized resales, third-party hardware, or products suspected to be stolen. Consumable parts, including batteries and similar components, as well as software elements, are excluded from coverage even if originally included with the product. Any software-related usage rights or restrictions are governed by separate terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling. It also excludes damage resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as water, fire, excessive heat, or other hazardous situations. Use of incompatible accessories, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations will void the warranty. Products with removed, damaged, or tampered identification labels, or those disassembled without authorization, are not eligible for coverage.

No reseller, distributor, or representative has the authority to modify or extend the terms of this warranty. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to remain fully effective.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty period. Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some restrictions may not apply depending on local regulations.

Liability under this warranty is limited, and no responsibility is assumed for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if such possibilities have been previously communicated. Where such exclusions are not permitted by law, they may not apply in full.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is enforced. Consumers may also have additional statutory rights under local consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this warranty.
